Spring Program

Overview of the Spring program:
• 
6-weeks – after school program
• 2 x 1.5 hour sessions per week
• 3km Celebration Run  -at designated location

Each session consists of:
• Training time – running workout (steady run, intervals etc.)
• Focus topic – discussion and activity
• Game – fun, active, team building
• Girlstrong cheer

 Program materials include:
• Binder with detailed workouts and activities for each session
• Motivators and program certificate
• 3km finishing award
• Girlstrong t-shirt
