A running, empowerment and healthy living program for girls in grades 3-8.
• 6 week program:
• 2 days per week – 1.5 hr. sessions
• Final run: 3 Km – Tudhope Park
Program includes:
• Running workouts, character development sessions and games for each session
• Girlstrong T-shirt for each girl
• Girlstrong finishing award
• 3 km Girlstrong Celebration Run at Tudhope Park.
